Heat your oven to 350°F. Cover a 9x13 pan with foil and coat it with nonstick spray.

Microwave the butter in a bowl until melted. Stir in garlic, oregano, and chili flakes.

Slice the rolls in half across the middle while keeping them attached. Set the lower half in the lined pan.

Brush a third of the garlic butter onto the bottom rolls. Add layers of provolone, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Top with the other half of the rolls.

Coat the top of the rolls with the rest of the garlic butter.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20-22 minutes until the cheese is gooey. Remove foil and bake another 3-5 minutes to toast the tops.

Cut into pieces and enjoy warm with marinara sauce on the side.
