# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized bowl, stir together your softened butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until it's completely smooth.
02 - Take the butter mix and generously coat one side of each slice of bread, making sure it reaches all the edges.
03 - Place your buttered bread slices on a baking sheet in a single layer, with the buttered side facing up.
04 - Set a large skillet on the stovetop over a low-medium heat until the surface feels warm but the butter won't burn.
05 - Pop the first slice of bread into the skillet, butter-side down, making sure it sits flat on the pan.
06 - Place a single slice of mozzarella cheese on top of the bread in the skillet, spreading it out evenly.
07 - Arrange six pepperoni slices on top of the first mozzarella layer.
08 - Lay another slice of mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
09 - Add another set of six slices of pepperoni across the second cheese layer.
10 - Cover everything with one final slice of mozzarella cheese.
11 - Finish it off by putting a second bread slice on top, butter-side facing up.
12 - Let the bottom side of the bread cook for 3-5 minutes, or until it turns a crisp, golden brown.
13 - Using a spatula, gently flip the sandwich while keeping the cheese layers intact.
14 - Let the other side cook for 3-5 minutes, until it's golden brown and the cheese melts perfectly.
