Pizza Dough Topping Ideas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 2 tablespoons oil
03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
04 - 1 cup warm water
05 - 1 teaspoon sugar
06 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Toppings

07 - Toppings of your choice (sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, etc.)
08 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
09 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the yeast, warm water, and sugar together in a big bowl. Let it rest for around 5 minutes until it gets all bubbly.
02 - Toss in the flour, oil, and salt. Give it a good mix to get your dough started.
03 - Work the dough on a floured countertop for about 10 minutes. It should get smooth and stretchy.
04 - Pop the dough into a greased bowl, cover it up, and let it chill in a warm spot for about an hour. It should puff up and double in size.
05 - Crank your oven to 245°C (475°F). If you’ve got a pizza stone, stick it in there so it heats up too.
06 - Deflate the dough and roll it out to whatever thickness you like on a floured surface.
07 - Move the rolled-out dough carefully to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
08 - Smear the sauce all over the dough. Pile on the shredded mozzarella and finish with the toppings you love.
09 - Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. The crust should turn golden, and the cheese should bubble and get some brown spots.
10 - Let the pizza rest a few minutes before cutting it up. Dig in and enjoy!
