Crank your oven to 245°C (475°F). If you’ve got a pizza stone, stick it in there so it heats up too.

Deflate the dough and roll it out to whatever thickness you like on a floured surface.

Move the rolled-out dough carefully to a pizza peel or baking sheet.

Smear the sauce all over the dough. Pile on the shredded mozzarella and finish with the toppings you love.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. The crust should turn golden, and the cheese should bubble and get some brown spots.
