# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon sugar.
02 - 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim).
03 - 6 hamburger buns, toasted and halved.
04 - 1 can of mushrooms (120g), drained.
05 - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion.
06 - 700g of ground beef.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano.
08 - 410g can of pizza sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a sturdy skillet or cast-iron pan, toss in the beef and onion, and heat it all on medium. Cook while stirring and breaking the meat apart into little pieces using a wooden spoon or spatula. Once the beef’s all browned, which takes about 3–5 minutes, drain off the fatty stuff.
02 - Mix the pizza sauce, mushrooms, oregano, and sugar into the cooked beef perfectly. Make sure all the bits are coated in this flavorful combo.
03 - Scoop the meat mixture onto the toasted buns. Spread them evenly across all the bun halves.
04 - Sprinkle a generous handful of shredded mozzarella cheese on each loaded bun.
05 - Line up the loaded buns on non-greased baking sheets and slide them under the broiler, making sure they're about 10 cm from the heat.
06 - Broil the buns for around 2 minutes, keeping an eye on the cheese as it bubbles and melts to gooey perfection.
