Pink Magic Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

01 - 3 tablespoons milk
02 - 1/2 cup butter, softened
03 - 2 cups powdered sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

→ Pancakes

06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 2-3 drops pink gel food coloring
08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
10 - 2 tablespoons sugar
11 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
12 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
13 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or melted butter)
14 - 1 cup milk
15 - Sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Mix your butter and cream cheese until they're completely smooth. Toss in the vanilla and start adding the powdered sugar. Pour in milk to get it just how you want it.
02 - Get a big bowl and mix in the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
03 - Push the dry ingredients aside in the bowl to make space, then toss in the egg, milk, oil, and coloring. Stir gently, and fold in sprinkles if you like.
04 - Use about a quarter-cup of batter for each pancake. Heat the pan on medium-high, cook until bubbles pop up (2 minutes), then flip and cook another minute or two until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - You can add strawberry puree or extract for more flavor.
02 - Too thin? Add powdered sugar. Too thick? Add more milk.
03 - Go easy on the mixing for fluffier pancakes.
