Hibiscus Pineapple Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Smoothie Mix

01 - 1 cup coconut water
02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
03 - Juice from one lime
04 - Ice cubes
05 - 1 cup hibiscus tea, previously brewed and chilled

→ Toppings

06 - Mint or sage leaves (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Drop 2–3 hibiscus tea bags or loose flowers into boiling water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes. Chill in the fridge until cold.
02 - Add the cold hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, lime juice, ice, and coconut water to a blender. Blend everything until totally smooth and airy.
03 - Take a sip! If it's not tangy or sweet enough, toss in more lime juice or pineapple to fix it.
04 - Pour into your favorite glasses and top with sage or mint if you want to dress it up.

# Notes:

01 - Can be prepped ahead and kept in the fridge for up to a day.
02 - Frozen pineapple chunks make it thicker and creamier.
