Drop 2–3 hibiscus tea bags or loose flowers into boiling water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes. Chill in the fridge until cold.

Add the cold hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, lime juice, ice, and coconut water to a blender. Blend everything until totally smooth and airy.

Take a sip! If it's not tangy or sweet enough, toss in more lime juice or pineapple to fix it.
