Pineapple Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
02 - 1¼ cups non-dairy milk
03 - 3 cups of frozen pineapple chunks
04 - ½-1 teaspoon celery seed
05 - 2 ripe pears, chopped (makes about 1 cup)

→ Extra Layers

06 - ¼ cup raspberries for the red layer
07 - Tiny pinch of turmeric for the gold layer

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the pineapple, pears, non-dairy milk, lemon juice, and celery seeds in a blender. Mix it all until smooth.
02 - Stir a little turmeric into ¼ cup of your smoothie base.
03 - Mix ½ cup of the smoothie base with the raspberries using the blender.
04 - Pour the different-colored mixtures in layers into a glass. Serve immediately.

01 - Coconut milk from a carton works perfectly here.
02 - The fruits naturally sweeten the drink.
