Pineapple Coconut Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
03 - 2 cups shredded coconut, split into two portions.
04 - 20 oz canned crushed pineapple, make sure it's drained.
05 - Some extra coconut for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together pineapple (drained), vanilla, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of the coconut until it’s combined well.
02 - Use a scooping tool to form balls out of the mixture in your bowl.
03 - Toss each formed ball in the extra shredded coconut until fully covered.
04 - Set them on a prepped baking sheet and refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until they’re firm.
05 - Store in the refrigerator and only take them out when you're ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Squeeze out all extra liquid from the pineapple.
02 - Chilling helps make the balls firm.
03 - Keep the treats in the fridge to stay cold and fresh.
