Pina Colada Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 ounces of coconut cream.
02 - 6 ounces of pineapple juice.
03 - 4 cups of ice cubes.
04 - 6 ounces of white rum.
05 - 1/2 cup of frozen pieces of pineapple.
06 - 4 ounces of amber rum (optional).
07 - Pineapple wedges to decorate (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the white rum into the blender.
02 - Throw in the coconut cream and the pineapple juice.
03 - Drop in the frozen pineapple chunks.
04 - Add all the ice to the blender.
05 - Blend it on high until it's perfectly smooth.
06 - Pour the mix into glasses right away.
07 - Pour a splash of amber rum on top if you'd like.
08 - Add a pineapple slice on top for flair, if you're feeling fancy.
