Mix steak slices into the veggies and add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it brown for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, stir the cream, cornstarch, broth, and Worcestershire sauce until blended smoothly. Add it to your pan.

Pour in the penne. Let it boil, then lower to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring here and there.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella inside, then top with the rest. Cover and let it melt for around 5 minutes.
