→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
02 - 1 lb pasta (rigatoni or penne)
03 - 1 cup beef broth
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 onion, chopped into small pieces
06 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped into cubes
07 - 1 lb ground beef
08 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 8 oz cream cheese
10 - A pinch of salt and black pepper
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the directions on the pasta package and cook it until it’s firm but not hard. Drain off the water and set aside.
02 - Use a big pan on medium heat, warm up the olive oil, and toss in the chopped onion and bell pepper. Let them cook for about 5 minutes until they’re tender.
03 - Throw in the garlic and stir for a minute, just until it smells amazing.
04 - Add the beef into the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Keep cooking until it no longer looks pink. Drain any grease left behind.
05 - Turn the heat down and blend the cream cheese into the pan. Mix until it melts and looks smooth.
06 - Add the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring gently as the sauce becomes smooth and warm.
07 - Toss in the cheese and keep stirring until it’s fully melted and blends evenly into the sauce.
08 - Sprinkle some salt and pepper to your taste. Add the pasta into the skillet and mix until everything is coated evenly in the creamy sauce.
