Follow the directions on the pasta package and cook it until it’s firm but not hard. Drain off the water and set aside.

Use a big pan on medium heat, warm up the olive oil, and toss in the chopped onion and bell pepper. Let them cook for about 5 minutes until they’re tender.

Throw in the garlic and stir for a minute, just until it smells amazing.

Add the beef into the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Keep cooking until it no longer looks pink. Drain any grease left behind.

Turn the heat down and blend the cream cheese into the pan. Mix until it melts and looks smooth.

Add the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring gently as the sauce becomes smooth and warm.

Toss in the cheese and keep stirring until it’s fully melted and blends evenly into the sauce.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper to your taste. Add the pasta into the skillet and mix until everything is coated evenly in the creamy sauce.
