Philly Cheesesteak Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 oz provolone cheese
02 - 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
03 - 1 lb ground beef, 90% lean
04 - 4 hoagie rolls (7-inch each) or 1 French baguette, divided into 4 pieces
05 - 1 yellow onion, finely chopped

→ Seasonings

06 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/2 tsp table salt

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 400°F so it warms up.
02 - Toss the onion, green bell pepper, and ground beef into a large pan on medium heat. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir every now and then as it cooks for 10 minutes, making sure the veggies are soft and the meat is browned.
03 - While that cooks, cut the hoagie rolls (or baguette) into 4 pieces, then split each piece in half. Lay them out on a baking sheet.
04 - Once the beef mixture is done, pour in the Worcestershire sauce and mix. Put half of the provolone slices on top and turn the heat down low. Let the cheese melt for about 2 minutes. Stir it all together once melted.
05 - Use tongs to grab and evenly spread the beef-and-cheese mixture onto the prepared bread.
06 - Top each sandwich with the rest of the cheese. Pop them into the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese gets gooey and bubbly, and your rolls look lightly toasted.
