Mast-o Khiar Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 small Persian cucumbers, trim the ends.
02 - A cup and a half of Greek yogurt, plain.
03 - Half a cup of chopped walnuts, keep them chunky.
04 - A quarter cup of raisins, pre-soaked.
05 - 3 tablespoons of dill, chopped finely.
06 - 1 teaspoon crushed, dried mint.
07 - 2 garlic cloves, finely minced.
08 - Salt and black pepper—adjust to your preference.
09 - Drizzle of olive oil to finish.
10 - Add some rose petals if you'd like, just for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut cucumbers into small cubes, sprinkle salt, and wait 15 minutes. Discard any liquid left over.
02 - Mix cucumbers with all ingredients—raisins, yogurt, chopped walnuts, garlic, mint, dill, salt, and pepper.
03 - Give it a final taste test, and tweak the seasoning if it needs more salt, herbs, or pepper.
04 - Top with extra walnuts, raisins, dill, and drizzle olive oil to complete it.

# Notes:

01 - Use English cucumbers if you don't have Persian ones.
02 - Don't forget to soak your raisins first.
03 - Works great as a dip or side.
