Peanut Butter Dip Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, at room temperature.
02 - 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter.
03 - A cup of powdered sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
05 - 3 tablespoons of soft brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave the peanut butter in a wide microwave-friendly bowl for about a minute, stirring halfway through to make it mixable and less thick.
02 - Mix the softened butter into the heated peanut butter. It’s important that the butter isn’t cold for smooth mixing.
03 - Add brown sugar and powdered sugar to the mixture. This combo gives the perfect sugary balance and texture to the dish.
04 - Stir in the vanilla extract to give the mix a delicious flavor boost.
05 - Use a handheld mixer on medium speed to get all these ingredients to start combining, which should take around half a minute.
06 - Turn the mixer to high speed and whip for 1-2 minutes to get a light, airy, and super smooth consistency.
07 - Pause mixing and scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula to make sure nothing is left stuck.
08 - Briefly mix everything together one more time on medium speed to make sure it’s all perfectly blended.
09 - Spoon your dip into a serving dish, and it's ready to enjoy with things like apple slices, cookies, pretzels, or even brownie bits.
10 - If you’re holding off on serving, cover it up and stick it in the fridge. When ready, let it sit out for about 15 minutes to soften before digging in.
