# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
02 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.
03 - 3 Tbsp of salted butter, at room temperature.
04 - 1 cup semi-dark chocolate chips.
05 - 1 Tbsp of coconut oil or vegetable shortening (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the peanut butter and softened butter in a mixing bowl.
02 - Slowly add the powdered sugar, stirring until you have a smooth mixture.
03 - Wrap the mix and chill it in the fridge for about 15 minutes until it's firmer.
04 - Use your hands to roll the mix into small balls, roughly 1 inch in size.
05 - Lay the balls out on a tray, cover them up, and put them back in the fridge for 20 minutes or more.
06 - Follow the instructions on the chocolate chip bag to melt them.
07 - Submerge each ball in the melted chocolate and use a fork to lift them out.
08 - Let the extra chocolate drip off the dipped balls.
09 - Place the chocolate-covered balls onto wax paper to firm up.
10 - Cover and stash them in the refrigerator until you're ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - Pick smooth peanut butter for the creamiest texture.
02 - Don't skip chilling after each step—it really helps!
03 - These can stay fresh in the fridge for up to 14 days.
04 - If needed, you can store them in the freezer for 3 months.
05 - Adding oil makes the chocolate much easier to handle.
