Peach Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup milk warmed to around 110°F
02 - 2 tsp of dry yeast (active)
03 - 1/4 cup sugar (granulated)
04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
05 - 1 tsp of salt
06 - 2 eggs, large
07 - 4 cups of plain all-purpose flour

→ Filling

08 - 2 cups finely chopped peaches, fresh or canned
09 - 1/2 cup soft brown sugar
10 - 2 tsp of ground cinnamon

→ Frosting

11 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese
12 - 1/4 cup butter, soft
13 - 1 cup icing sugar
14 - 1 tsp of vanilla flavoring

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the yeast and a touch of sugar into the warm milk. Wait 5 minutes until it gets bubbly. In a big mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, eggs, sugar, and melted butter. Pour in the yeast milk. Knead it until smooth and leave it to double in size—it’ll take about an hour.
02 - Toss together the cinnamon, peaches, and brown sugar until mixed well.
03 - Flatten the dough into a rectangle. Spread the peach mixture across evenly. Roll it up tightly, then slice it into 12 pieces. Arrange in a greased baking pan. Allow a 30-minute rest to puff up.
04 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Bake for 25 minutes or until they turn golden.
05 - Mix the soft cream cheese and butter together first. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then whip until smooth.
06 - Pour the frosting over the rolls while they’re still warm. Serve and enjoy!
