Melt the butter, olive oil, parsley, and garlic together in a large pan, stirring so everything blends nicely.

Add the oyster crackers to the pan and stir gently until they're fully covered in the buttery mixture.

Spread the coated crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan, a little salt, and a pinch of pepper on top.
