Parmesan Garlic Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups oyster crackers (9-ounce package).
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
04 - Pinch of black pepper.
05 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced.
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped small.
07 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (¾ of a stick).
08 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 250°F and get a baking sheet ready by lining it with foil that prevents sticking.
02 - Melt the butter, olive oil, parsley, and garlic together in a large pan, stirring so everything blends nicely.
03 - Add the oyster crackers to the pan and stir gently until they're fully covered in the buttery mixture.
04 - Spread the coated crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan, a little salt, and a pinch of pepper on top.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crackers turn a lovely golden color. Cool all the way before storing.
