01 -
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleaning up later a breeze.
02 -
In a flat dish, mix together flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until blended well. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel, then press it into the flour mix, making sure it's coated all around.
03 -
Lay the coated chicken onto the baking sheet. Pop it in the oven for about 15–20 minutes. Stick a thermometer in and check for 165°F (75°C) to make sure it's done. If you want it extra crispy, broil it for a couple extra minutes at the end.
04 -
Melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and stir it around for a bit until it smells amazing, but don’t brown it. Whisk in cream, salt, and pepper, and stir while it warms up and gets a bit thicker, about 2–3 minutes.
05 -
Put the crispy chicken on plates. Pour the creamy garlic sauce all over the top. Sprinkle on extra Parmesan or some fresh parsley if you feel fancy.
