Parmesan Chicken Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Prep

01 - 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
02 - 1/2 cup plain flour
03 - 1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
06 - 1/4 tsp fine salt
07 - 1/8 tsp ground pepper

→ Garlic Cream Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
09 - 1/4 cup whipping cream
10 - 2 minced garlic cloves
11 - 1/4 tsp salt
12 - 1/8 tsp black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleaning up later a breeze.
02 - In a flat dish, mix together flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until blended well. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel, then press it into the flour mix, making sure it's coated all around.
03 - Lay the coated chicken onto the baking sheet. Pop it in the oven for about 15–20 minutes. Stick a thermometer in and check for 165°F (75°C) to make sure it's done. If you want it extra crispy, broil it for a couple extra minutes at the end.
04 - Melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat. Toss in the garlic and stir it around for a bit until it smells amazing, but don’t brown it. Whisk in cream, salt, and pepper, and stir while it warms up and gets a bit thicker, about 2–3 minutes.
05 - Put the crispy chicken on plates. Pour the creamy garlic sauce all over the top. Sprinkle on extra Parmesan or some fresh parsley if you feel fancy.

# Notes:

01 - To make it crispier, broil the chicken during the final minutes of baking.
