# Ingredients:

→ Feta Wraps

01 - 6 phyllo dough sheets
02 - 200g crumbled feta cheese
03 - 1 teaspoon dried herbs (rosemary, oregano, or thyme)
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Spicy Honey Topping

06 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
07 - 1/4 cup honey
08 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Break the feta into small pieces in a bowl. Add garlic powder and your choice of dried herbs for a flavor boost. Stir everything together until it’s blended well.
02 - Spread a phyllo sheet on a flat working area. Brush it lightly with olive oil. Put a spoonful of the feta mix near one side. Tuck in the edges and roll it up nice and tight. Keep going with the rest of the phyllo and feta.
03 - Heat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then place the rolls with space between them. Brush their tops with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until the color turns golden and they get crunchy.
04 - Gently heat honey and chili flakes in a small pot on low. Stir well to bring the flavors together. Add fresh lemon juice, give it a quick mix, and keep it warm till serving.
05 - Pour the warmed chili honey over the crispy rolls just before eating. They’re best enjoyed fresh for the perfect crunch and flavor!

# Notes:

01 - Eat while warm to enjoy their crunch and taste at their best.
