Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper, folding up the edges to hold the sauce.

In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, orange zest, and juice from both oranges. Stir well till smooth.

Spoon some sauce over the prepared baking sheet. Lay the salmon on top skin-side up, then pour the rest of the sauce over it.

Bake the salmon for about 7 minutes. Flip it so the skin is down, then spoon some sauce over the top.

Bake for another 18-20 minutes or until done. The timing depends on how big and thick the fillet is.

Serve over your favorite grain, like rice or quinoa. Pour any leftover sauce on top right before eating.
