Sweet Orange Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb salmon with skin
02 - Juice and zest of 1 orange
03 - Juice of an extra orange
04 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
05 - 2 tbsp honey

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper, folding up the edges to hold the sauce.
02 - In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, orange zest, and juice from both oranges. Stir well till smooth.
03 - Spoon some sauce over the prepared baking sheet. Lay the salmon on top skin-side up, then pour the rest of the sauce over it.
04 - Bake the salmon for about 7 minutes. Flip it so the skin is down, then spoon some sauce over the top.
05 - Bake for another 18-20 minutes or until done. The timing depends on how big and thick the fillet is.
06 - Serve over your favorite grain, like rice or quinoa. Pour any leftover sauce on top right before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking time changes based on your salmon's thickness and size, so keep an eye on it.
