# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - Juice from 4 regular-sized oranges (around 1 cup)
02 - 1 lemon, medium size
03 - A 2cm slice of freshly peeled ginger
04 - 3 stems of rosemary, fresh

→ Serving Additions

05 - A handful of ice

→ Main Components

06 - 300ml of plain water
07 - 300ml hot brewed green tea (prepare like tea pack says)
08 - 3 large spoonfuls of honey

# Instructions:

01 - Boil peeled ginger, water, and rosemary sprigs together in a pot. Switch off the heat once it’s bubbling. Stir in honey until fully blended, let it sit and cool with the rosemary still soaking. Cover it all up and refrigerate for about 4 hours or longer.
02 - Make your green tea as per package instructions for 300ml of tea. Put it in the fridge until it’s cold, at least 4 hours.
03 - Squeeze out the juice from both the orange and the lemon. Remove any rosemary and ginger pieces from the soaking water. In a large container, mix the herb-infused liquid, the citrus juices, and chilled green tea. Taste it—add more honey if it needs extra sweetness.
04 - Drop some ice into glasses. Pour the tea-citrus mixture over the top. Serve it straight away while icy cold.

# Notes:

01 - A refreshing, alcohol-free drink to brighten up any party.
02 - Feel free to prep this up to one day in advance.
