Orange Creamsicle Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon orange flavoring.
02 - A pinch of salt.
03 - 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
04 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 8 oz of white chocolate, broken into small pieces.
06 - 3 tablespoons of thick cream.
07 - Optional: orange coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter with cream in a pan. Stir in salt, orange flavor, and food coloring if you're using it.
02 - Let white chocolate gently liquefy using a double boiler. Make sure it stays below 105°F – it should only feel warm to your skin.
03 - Blend the melted chocolate with the warm butter mixture. Keep both at the same temp before mixing.
04 - Put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours with a cover on it. Give it a stir now and then while it chills and firms up.
05 - Use your hands or a scoop to roll 1-inch sized balls. If they're sticky, roll them in a bit of powdered sugar first.
06 - Toss each ball in powdered sugar till they're fully covered.

# Notes:

01 - White chocolate doesn’t like too much heat.
02 - Make sure all your ingredients are at the same temp.
03 - Good for up to a week in the fridge.
