# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
02 - 1 cup graham crackers, crushed

04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
06 - 1 cup powdered sugar
07 - 12 oz softened cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly coated.
02 - Spread the cracker-butter mixture at the base of each jar and press down firmly to make a solid crust.
03 - Beat the cream cheese until it's creamy. Mix in the sugar, lime juice, and vanilla a little at a time until smooth.
04 - Slowly fold in the whipped topping, making the filling light and airy.
05 - Scoop the cheesecake mix over the crust layers in each jar and smooth the top.
06 - Let the jars chill for a couple of hours. Serve cold and top with lime zest or slices if you'd like.
