Crush graham crackers into crumbs using a blender or food processor, or get pre-crushed crumbs. Transfer into a bowl.

In a big bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar using an electric hand mixer until it’s super smooth.

Toss the raspberries into the mix and stir gently until they’re spread out evenly.

Gently fold the whipped topping into the mixture. Cover it up and place it in the freezer for a few hours to firm up.

Scoop out small portions (around 1 to 1.5 tablespoons each) of the cream mix. Roll these in crumb coating until fully covered.

Arrange the coated bites on a parchment-lined tray and freeze them for a couple of hours. Serve after letting them sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
