Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fillings and Dough

01 - Store-bought croissant dough
02 - Mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - Slices of pepperoni

→ Flavor Boosters

04 - Butter, melted
05 - Powdered garlic
06 - Oregano, dried
07 - Basil, dried

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s nice and warm for baking.
02 - Carefully unroll the croissant dough on your kitchen counter. Pull apart the triangles and arrange them to create a flat, rectangle-like shape.
03 - Sprinkle the mozzarella over the dough triangles. Add 2 or 3 pepperoni slices on top of the cheese for each piece.
04 - Take the wide base of each triangle and roll it up snugly into a crescent, keeping the cheese and pepperoni tucked inside.
05 - Use a pastry brush to gently coat the tops of the dough rolls with the melted butter.
06 - Dust garlic powder along with dried basil and oregano over each roll to make them extra flavorful.
07 - Place your rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake them for 12–15 minutes until they’re golden and oozy with cheese.
08 - Take the rolls out of the oven. Let them cool slightly before enjoying them warm.

# Notes:

01 - Wait for the rolls to cool completely before putting them away to keep them fresh.
