Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s nice and warm for baking.

Carefully unroll the croissant dough on your kitchen counter. Pull apart the triangles and arrange them to create a flat, rectangle-like shape.

Sprinkle the mozzarella over the dough triangles. Add 2 or 3 pepperoni slices on top of the cheese for each piece.

Take the wide base of each triangle and roll it up snugly into a crescent, keeping the cheese and pepperoni tucked inside.

Use a pastry brush to gently coat the tops of the dough rolls with the melted butter.

Dust garlic powder along with dried basil and oregano over each roll to make them extra flavorful.

Place your rolls on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake them for 12–15 minutes until they’re golden and oozy with cheese.

Take the rolls out of the oven. Let them cool slightly before enjoying them warm.
