Beef Noodles Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup soy sauce.
02 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 lb ground beef.
06 - 1/4 cup beef broth.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
09 - 10 oz linguine.
10 - Red pepper flakes if you want a kick (optional).
11 - 4 green onions, sliced.
12 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
13 - 2 tablespoons water.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow directions on the package to cook linguine, drain well, and keep aside.
02 - Cook ground beef in a big skillet on medium heat, then drain any extra grease.
03 - Throw in garlic and cook for about a minute. Mix in brown sugar, broth, soy sauce, hoisin, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
04 - Combine cornstarch and water, toss it into the skillet, and stir for a couple of minutes till it thickens.
05 - Put the cooked noodles into the skillet and stir until they’re coated in the sauce.
06 - Sprinkle green onions on top before serving. Eat hot!

# Notes:

01 - You can throw in veggies like broccoli or peppers.
02 - Use tamari and gluten-free pasta to make it gluten-free.
03 - Tastes best when eaten right after it’s made.
