Sweet Tangy Oil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings

01 - 1 pinch of salt
02 - 3 tablespoons of dried minced onion

→ Dressing Base

03 - 1/3 cup of ketchup
04 - 1/4 cup of white vinegar
05 - 2/3 cup of regular sugar
06 - 1 cup of vegetable oil or grapeseed oil

# Instructions:

01 - Put everything in a medium-sized bowl and whisk it till the sugar dissolves. Or toss the ingredients into a jar, close it tight, and give it a good shake.
02 - Pour it into a serving container, like a bottle or a small pitcher. Keep it in the fridge, and don’t forget to stir or shake when you’re ready to use it since it might separate.

# Notes:

01 - If it separates in the fridge, just give it a shake before serving.
