Taco Cupcake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 wonton wrappers
02 - 1 pound of ground beef
03 - 1 packet of seasoning for tacos
04 - 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1/2 cup sour cream
07 - 1/2 cup water
08 - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
09 - 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
10 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
11 - 1 jalapeño, sliced up (optional)
12 - Cooking spray to prevent sticking

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and give the muffin pan a quick spray so things don’t stick.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it’s all browned up. Get rid of any extra fat.
03 - Stir the taco seasoning and water into the beef. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring now and then until it thickens up.
04 - Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin tin slot to form little cups. Scoop some of the taco meat mixture into each one.
05 - Spread a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese over the meat in each cup.
06 - Cook in the oven for around 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the wontons turn golden.
07 - Let the cups cool a bit after pulling them from the oven. Add sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, olives, or jalapeños if you like. Serve warm and dig in!
