Melty Turkey Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Fixings

01 - 4 bacon strips, already cooked
02 - 2 tablespoons mustard with honey
03 - 4 turkey slices from the deli
04 - 4 sourdough bread slices
05 - ½ cup spinach leaves, fresh
06 - 2 slices cheddar cheese, white
07 - 2 tablespoons softened butter
08 - 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced thin

# Instructions:

01 - Spread honey mustard on the bread slices. Then, cut up the cheese slices into halves.
02 - Place the turkey, bacon, spinach, cheese, and tomato slices on top of the bread layers in the order you like.
03 - On the outside of each bread slice, slather some softened butter.
04 - In a medium-heated frying pan, grill the sandwich for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until it looks browned and the cheese melts.
05 - Move the sandwich to a plate and enjoy it while it’s still warm.
