Melon Prosciutto Combo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
02 - 6–8 ounces burrata cheese
03 - 4 slices (2 ounces) prosciutto
04 - 2 cups of cantaloupe (cubed or balled)
05 - 2 cups of fresh arugula leaves

→ Dressing and seasoning

06 - Flaky salt and black pepper for sprinkling
07 - A bottle of good balsamic glaze
08 - High-quality extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the cantaloupe into cubes about an inch wide, or make little balls using a melon baller.
02 - Warm up a skillet over medium heat. Add a few prosciutto slices flat at a time and fry for about 2 minutes per side. Wait for them to cool before chopping roughly.
03 - Spread arugula on a serving platter. Add cantaloupe, torn-up burrata, chopped crispy prosciutto, and basil on top.
04 - Pour a little olive oil and balsamic glaze over everything. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste.
