Melon Prosciutto Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Ingredients

01 - 2 cups of fresh cantaloupe, cubed or balled
02 - 6–8 ounces of burrata cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh basil
04 - 2 cups of arugula leaves
05 - About 4 slices (2 ounces) of prosciutto

→ Dressing and seasoning

06 - Olive oil (use a good one)
07 - Top-quality balsamic glaze
08 - A pinch of flaky salt and freshly cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the cantaloupe into cubes (½–1 inch) or scoop little balls using a melon baller.
02 - Place a skillet on medium heat. Cook 2–3 slices of prosciutto flat for 1–2 minutes on each side until crisp. Let it cool, then chop into rough pieces.
03 - Spread some arugula on a serving platter. Add melon, chunks of burrata, crispy prosciutto, and small bits of basil on top.
04 - Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over the top. Sprinkle with flaky salt and black pepper to finish.
