Turn your oven on and set it to 350°F so it heats while you prep.

Toss the ground beef, dry stuffing, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup into a big bowl. Mix it all up really well.

Grease a bread pan and pack the meat mix into it. Don’t have a loaf pan? No big deal—bake it on a foil-lined tray and fold up the foil edges to catch juices!

Spread the ketchup you set aside over the top. Feel free to swap in bbq sauce, chili sauce, or mix a couple together if you want!

Bake for about 45-50 minutes. Use a thermometer to check—the meatloaf should be 160°F inside.

Let it sit for roughly 5 minutes, then slice and dig in. Mashed potatoes go great with it, but pick anything you love!
