# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
02 - 1 cup frozen peas

12 - 2 sheets puff pastry

# Instructions:

01 - Start by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a big skillet. Toss in the garlic and onions, and cook until soft.
03 - Throw in the potato cubes and cook for 5 extra minutes.
04 - Sprinkle flour, then stir in thyme, tomato paste, salt, and pepper all over your mixture.
05 - Pour beef broth slowly while stirring constantly until the mix thickens up after a few minutes.
06 - Mix in the peas, then take it off the heat for a bit to cool.
07 - Unroll a puff pastry sheet and line your pie dish carefully.
08 - Spoon the meat and veggie mixture right into your crust-lined dish.
09 - Lay another piece of puff pastry on top, trimming off what you don't need.
10 - Brush on the beaten egg and cut tiny slits in the top so the steam can escape.
11 - Pop it into the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the crust is golden and flaky, and the filling is bubbling.
