Matcha Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg.
02 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder.
03 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
05 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
07 - 1/2 cup maple syrup.
08 - 1 1/2 cups oats (quick-cooking).
09 - 3/4 cup flour (whole grain).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 356°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment.
02 - Blend maple syrup, vanilla, and melted coconut oil until smooth. Crack the egg and whisk it in.
03 - Stir the wet and dry mixes together. Gently mix in the chocolate chips last.
04 - Leave the dough undisturbed for 10 minutes before baking.
05 - Drop dough on the sheet, press them a bit to flatten, and bake 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
