01 - Breadcrumbs
02 - Black pepper
03 - Mashed potatoes
04 - A beaten egg
05 - Green onions, finely chopped
06 - Butter, melted
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Your favorite cheese, shredded (like cheddar or mozzarella)
09 - Garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Stir mashed potatoes, cheese, the egg, a pinch of salt, garlic powder, pepper, and green onions together in a bowl until everything's well blended.
02 - Take a bit of the mix, roll it into bite-sized balls, and cover each one completely with breadcrumbs.
03 - Set the coated balls on a baking tray, then gently brush the tops with melted butter to finish.
04 - Put them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for around 20–25 minutes till the outside turns crispy and golden.
05 - Dish out the golden cheese puffs while they're still warm, and pair them with a dip you love.
