Crispy Baked Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - Juice of one lemon
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and split in half
06 - 1/2 cup dry white wine
07 - 1 pound large shrimp, deveined and peeled

→ Breadcrumb Mixture

08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
09 - 1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
10 - Fresh parsley, minced
11 - 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
12 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F. It's important to get it warm enough so the shrimp cooks evenly and fast.
02 - In a 9×13-inch pan, mix the wine and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Place the pan into the oven for 10 minutes so the flavors can mix and the liquid starts reducing.
03 - In a small bowl, stir the remaining butter with the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp in this mixture until they're covered nicely.
04 - Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and salt in another bowl. Mix it all together to create the topping for your dish.
05 - Bring the baking pan out of the oven and carefully lay the shrimp side by side in one layer. This'll help them cook consistently.
06 - Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mix over the shrimp to add that crunchy topping when it bakes.
07 - Bake the shrimp for about 12 minutes until they become pink but are still juicy. Then, switch over to the broil setting for 1-2 minutes to crisp up the topping. Watch it closely so it doesn't burn!
