Ladies Brownies Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 g fine salt
02 - 2 g baking powder
03 - 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 120 g plain flour
05 - 200 g granulated sugar

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 5 ml vanilla extract
07 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 large eggs

→ Optional Add-ins

09 - 60 g chopped walnuts

# Instructions:

01 - Start by warming your oven to 175°C. Coat a 20x20 cm dish lightly with butter or oil.
02 - Toss together the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder in a big bowl. Mix till they look well combined.
03 - Throw in the vanilla, eggs, and melted butter. Stir it up with a wooden spoon or spatula until it’s smooth.
04 - If you want, gently mix in the chopped walnuts, making sure they’re spread out evenly.
05 - Pour the batter into your prepared dish and even it out. Bake for about 25–30 minutes. Check by sticking a toothpick in the center—it should come out mostly clean.
06 - Let the brownies sit in the dish until totally cooled. Slice them into squares when ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - For softer brownies, don’t let them overcook—take them out as soon as the middle is just set.
