01 - 3 1/2 oz skinless chicken breasts without bones
02 - 1/4 cup spicy buffalo sauce
03 - 75 g 0% Total Greek-style yogurt
04 - 1/2 tbsp Ranch-flavored seasoning (Hidden Valley)
05 - 160 g frozen straight-cut fries

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the cooking directions from the package. Use an air fryer or pop them in the oven, whichever works best for you.
02 - If you're using chicken breasts, heat them up in the air fryer. Want to try something different? Cook them your way for extra flavor.
03 - Toss the heated chicken with buffalo sauce. Add more or less sauce depending on how fiery you want it.
04 - Blend together yogurt, some ranch seasoning, and a bit of buffalo sauce for extra zing. Tweak it ‘til it tastes just right. Pour into a squeeze bottle if you’ve got one handy.
