Baked Potato Steak Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 big russet potatoes
02 - 1/2 pound steak, diced into small chunks
03 - 8 jumbo shrimp, deveined and without shells
04 - 1 cup steamed broccoli pieces
05 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
06 - 1/4 cup cream (heavy kind)
07 - 1 tablespoon butter
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - Salt as you like
10 - Pepper, freshly cracked if possible
11 - Chopped parsley to sprinkle

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Use a fork to poke the potatoes a few times. Bake for around 45-50 minutes or until soft. When done, cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
02 - Sprinkle the steak bites and shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak cubes for about 3-4 minutes or until browned. Take them out and set aside. Toss the shrimp into the same pan and cook on each side for 1-2 minutes until they turn pink.
03 - In a little saucepan, melt down the butter. Mix in the cream and let it simmer lightly. Slowly stir in the grated cheddar until it all blends into a smooth sauce.
04 - Pile some steak chunks, shrimp, and broccoli on top of each potato. Drizzle that cheesy sauce all over. Sprinkle some parsley on to make it look extra nice.

# Notes:

01 - Want a kick? Replace the cheddar sauce with spicy queso!
