Toss the parsley and onion quarters into your food processor. Pulse it until you’ve got super fine bits.

Put the ground beef in a big bowl. Add in the onion and parsley mix along with all the spices. Give it a good mix using your hands to make it all come together.

Grab some meat mixture, press it around a skewer, and shape it into about 1 to 1.5-inch thickness along the stick.

When using a gas grill, set it to medium-high and lightly oil the grates. If you’ve got a charcoal grill, prep that instead. Cook the skewers for around 4 minutes per side, flipping once, until the meat’s fully cooked.
