Break biscuits into big pieces. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grab some foil if using the roll method. Grease the pan lightly, too.

Stir together the melted butter, cocoa, and condensed milk in a big bowl until smooth. Add the biscuit bits and mix until everything's coated.

Press the mixture into the lined pan or roll it up using foil into a log shape. Freeze it for a couple of hours, up to three, until it's solid.

Cut into slices once firm. Anything leftover can stay in your freezer to keep it fresh.
