# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/4 cup parsley, chopped fresh
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 - 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
11 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
12 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried

→ Creamy Spicy Dip

13 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
14 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
16 - 1/4 cup mayo
17 - 1 tablespoon sriracha

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything from the 'Meatballs' section into a big mixing bowl and stir until it’s all combined.
02 - Form small balls with your hands from the meat mix.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium. Cook the balls, turning them often, till they’re browned and golden on all sides.
04 - In a smaller bowl, combine the dip ingredients and whisk till the sauce is creamy and smooth.
05 - Serve the warm meatballs alongside the dipping sauce, and dig in!

01 - Swap out the beef for ground turkey, chicken, or even pork based on your preference.
02 - Love the heat? Add extra sriracha to the sauce to dial up the spice!
