Knorr Spinach Dip Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of creamy mayonnaise.
02 - 1 (16-ounce) tub of sour cream.
03 - 3 scallions, chopped finely.
04 - 1 (8-ounce) can of water chestnuts, drained and diced.
05 - 1 (10-ounce) pack of frozen spinach, cooked and pressed to remove water.
06 - 1 (1.4-ounce) packet of Maggi Vegetable Soup Mix.
07 - Fresh veggies and chunks of bread for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big mixing bowl, toss in the sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, scallions, and Maggi mix. Stir everything together until well combined.
02 - Carefully fold the cooked spinach into the mixture, breaking it up gently to distribute evenly throughout.
03 - Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or let it chill overnight for the flavors to deepen.
04 - Serve your delicious dip with fresh veggies and bread chunks.

# Notes:

01 - The water chestnuts bring a satisfying crunch to this creamy dip.
02 - Try swapping out Maggi Vegetable Soup Mix for Maggi Leek Soup Mix for a fun change.
03 - Feel free to replace the frozen spinach with about 500g (1 lb) of fresh spinach. Just be sure to cook and remove any excess water before adding it.
04 - Leftovers can be kept in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
