Kitchen Sink Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Almost 3 cups of flour (2 3/4 cups).
02 - Half a teaspoon each of baking powder and soda.
03 - A pinch of salt, roughly 1/2 teaspoon.
04 - 8 ounces of melted butter, let it cool first.
05 - 1 and 1/4 cups of brown sugar.
06 - 3/4 cup of granulated sugar.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - A couple of teaspoons of vanilla extract.
09 - Optional: M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzels, crushed potato chips, colorful sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter and let it chill for 20 minutes. Toss all dry ingredients into a bowl and combine.
02 - Whisk together the butter and both sugars. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry mixture bit by bit.
03 - Fold in your fun mix-ins like pretzels or sprinkles until evenly spread.
04 - Scoop into little balls, then refrigerate for an hour or pop in the freezer for 30 minutes.
05 - Bake in a 350°F oven for 13–15 minutes. Right out of the oven, shape them with a cutter and sprinkle extra toppings on top if you want.

01 - Level your flour with a spoon.
02 - Butter should be cool before using it.
03 - Shape cookies while they're warm.
