Grab a medium-sized bowl and combine softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla. Mix until itβs smooth and no lumps are left.

In a chilled bowl, beat powdered sugar and heavy cream together until stiff peaks hold their shape. Keep cold until you need it.

Slowly mix the whipped cream into the lime mixture, being careful not to lose the airy texture.

Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a small dish. Stir well to coat the crumbs evenly.

Place the graham cracker crust at the bottom of a trifle dish or small serving glasses. Add a layer of the lime cream on top. Repeat layers until your dish is full, ending with the lime cream.
