Juicy Chicken Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger
02 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
03 - 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
04 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
05 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
06 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
07 - 2 cups grapefruit soda or lime soda

→ Chicken

08 - 4 pounds chicken thighs or breasts

# Instructions:

01 - Combine everything—soda, soy, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, horseradish, and ginger—in a good-sized bowl and stir well.
02 - Put the chicken in the marinade so it’s fully covered, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, max 24 hours.
03 - Preheat your grill or skillet to around 400°F (medium-high heat).
04 - Take the chicken out of the marinade and cook it till the inside hits 165°F. Let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.
