Combine everything—soda, soy, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, horseradish, and ginger—in a good-sized bowl and stir well.

Put the chicken in the marinade so it’s fully covered, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, max 24 hours.

Preheat your grill or skillet to around 400°F (medium-high heat).

Take the chicken out of the marinade and cook it till the inside hits 165°F. Let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.
