Jalapeño Popper Crisps Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 4 pieces of cooked bacon
03 - A thinly sliced jalapeño pepper
04 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated finely
05 - Ground black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375ºC. Heat a big nonstick skillet over medium flame, cook the bacon till it's crunchy—takes about 8 minutes. Let it cool on a plate with paper towels. Then dice it up.
02 - Drop roughly a tablespoon of Parmesan onto a large baking tray, shaping it into a small pile. Do the same with cheddar on top, flatten it a bit. Place a jalapeño slice over it, toss on some chopped bacon, and sprinkle with fresh black pepper. Repeat till you’re out of ingredients.
03 - Pop the tray in the oven and cook until the cheese turns golden and gets crispy, about 12 minutes.
04 - Give the crisps a moment to cool off on the baking tray before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Space out the cheese piles to give them room to spread while baking.
