Immune Booster Smoothie

# Ingredients:

1½ cups frozen tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, and kiwi.

1 cup packed mix of kale and spinach.
03 -
1½ cups almond milk that’s unsweetened.
04 -
Juice squeezed from ½ a lemon.
05 -
½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.
# Instructions:

Pour the almond milk into the blender with the greens first. Blend till smooth.

Drop in frozen fruits, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Blend everything into a creamy mixture.
03 -
Need it thinner? Add almond milk a spoonful at a time to reach the texture you like.

Fresh fruits can work too, but you’ll need less milk and maybe some ice.
