Immune Booster Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups frozen tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, and kiwi.
02 - 1 cup packed mix of kale and spinach.
03 - 1½ cups almond milk that’s unsweetened.
04 - Juice squeezed from ½ a lemon.
05 - ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the almond milk into the blender with the greens first. Blend till smooth.
02 - Drop in frozen fruits, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Blend everything into a creamy mixture.
03 - Need it thinner? Add almond milk a spoonful at a time to reach the texture you like.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh fruits can work too, but you’ll need less milk and maybe some ice.
02 - Tastes best right after making.
03 - Packed with antioxidants and loads of vitamins.
