03 - Half a cup of sugar, or tweak as you like

→ Fruit & Serving

04 - A few ice cubes to make it cold
05 - 1 cup of pineapple juice that’s freshly squeezed

# Instructions:

01 - Boil your water in a saucepan or large pot.
02 - Throw in the sugar and stir it until it dissolves completely.
03 - Take it off the heat, drop the tea bags in, and soak them for 8–10 minutes.
04 - Mix in the pineapple juice and combine it all together.
05 - Pour it into a pitcher to let it cool down a little. Then pop it in the fridge.
06 - Pour it into a glass over some ice and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Filtered water gives a clean taste—skip chemically treated ones.
02 - Try experimenting with other teas like black or herbal instead of green.
03 - Always go for real pineapple juice. A big pineapple usually makes about one cup of juice.
04 - For a keto twist, switch out the sugar for something like Swerve granules.
