Let the green tea bags soak in hot water for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. Take them out and let the tea reach room temperature.

As the tea cools, toss the honeydew melon chunks and mint leaves into a blender. Blend it up smooth until you've got a honeydew-mint mixture.

Mix the sugar into the warm tea, stirring until it dissolves completely. Add more or less, depending on your sweetness preference.

Once the tea is cool, pour it into a big pitcher along with the honeydew-mint blend. Give it a good stir so the flavors combine nicely.

Pop some ice cubes into glasses and pour the chilled honeydew mint tea over them. Top with a few extra sprigs of mint before handing it out.
