Iced Mint Honeydew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Ice cubes
02 - 4 green tea bags
03 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (extra for topping)
04 - 2 cups diced honeydew melon
05 - 4 cups water
06 - 4-6 tbsp sugar (adjust how you like)

# Instructions:

01 - Let the green tea bags soak in hot water for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. Take them out and let the tea reach room temperature.
02 - As the tea cools, toss the honeydew melon chunks and mint leaves into a blender. Blend it up smooth until you've got a honeydew-mint mixture.
03 - Mix the sugar into the warm tea, stirring until it dissolves completely. Add more or less, depending on your sweetness preference.
04 - Once the tea is cool, pour it into a big pitcher along with the honeydew-mint blend. Give it a good stir so the flavors combine nicely.
05 - Pop some ice cubes into glasses and pour the chilled honeydew mint tea over them. Top with a few extra sprigs of mint before handing it out.
